On Padişah: Osmanlı Kroniği (geliştirici: Ahmet Arif Öz, paket adı com.ahmetarifoz.tensultans) oyununun verilerini silme yöntemleri aşağıdadır.

Hangi veriler var

Cihazdaki kayıt: oyun ilerlemeniz — devir, akçe, yapılar, tamamlanan seferler, hanedan puanları ve oyun ayarları.
Buluttaki kayıt (yalnızca Android): Google Play Oyun Hizmetleri oturumu açıkken aynı ilerlemenin Google hesabınızdaki kopyası. Geliştiricinin sunucusunda hiçbir kopya tutulmaz.

Geliştirici ad, e-posta, konum veya ödeme bilgisi toplamaz. Oyundaki isteğe bağlı reklamlar için Google AdMob; IP adresi ve yaklaşık konum, cihaz kimlikleri ve reklam etkileşimleri gibi teknik verileri işler; iPhone ve iPad sürümünde Google Analytics for Firebase de yüklemeleri ve uygulama açılışlarını sayar (ayrıntılar Gizlilik sayfasında). Bu kayıtlar geliştiricide değil Google'dadır; uygulamayı silmek onları silmez, Google'ın gizlilik araçlarıyla yönetilir.

Cihazdaki kaydı silme

Android: Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → On Padişah → Depolama → Verileri temizle, ya da uygulamayı kaldırın.
iPhone / iPad: uygulamayı silin. (Uygulamayı “boşaltmak” verileri korur, silmez.)

Buluttaki kaydı silme (Android)

Google Play Games uygulamasını açın.
Sağ üstteki profil resminize dokunun, Ayarlar’a girin.
Oyun verilerini sil bölümünü açın.
Listeden Ten Sultans: Ottoman Chronicle için Sil’e dokunun. Hesabınızın tamamındaki oyun profilini kaldırmak için aynı ekrandaki Play Games profilini sil seçeneğini kullanın.

Aynı işlemi myaccount.google.com üzerinden de yapabilirsiniz.

Bize yazarak silme

Yukarıdakilere erişemiyorsanız ahmetarifoz.aaz@gmail.com adresine yazın. Talebi 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Yalnızca yazışmayı yanıtlamaya yetecek bilgiyi paylaşın.

Saklama

Cihazdaki kayıt siz silene kadar cihazda kalır. Buluttaki kayıt siz silene kadar Google hesabınızda kalır ve silindikten sonra Google’ın kendi saklama süreleri geçerlidir. Destek yazışmaları, talep çözüldükten sonra en geç 90 gün içinde silinir.

This page explains how to delete the data of Ten Sultans: Ottoman Chronicle (developer: Ahmet Arif Öz, package name com.ahmetarifoz.tensultans).

What data exists

The save on your device: your game progress — era, akçe, buildings, completed campaigns, dynasty points and in-game settings.
The save in the cloud (Android only): a copy of that same progress in your Google account, written while you are signed in to Google Play Games Services. No copy is kept on any developer server.

The developer collects no name, email, location or payment information. For the game's optional ads, Google AdMob processes technical data such as the IP address and approximate location, device identifiers and ad interactions; on iPhone and iPad, Google Analytics for Firebase also counts installs and app opens (details on the Privacy page). Those records are held by Google, not the developer; deleting the app does not remove them, and they are managed with Google's privacy tools.

Deleting the save on your device

Android: Settings → Apps → Ten Sultans → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
iPhone / iPad: delete the app. (Offloading it keeps the data; deleting removes it.)

Deleting the save in the cloud (Android)

Open the Google Play Games app.
Tap your profile picture at the top right, then Settings.
Open Delete Play Games account & data.
Under the per-game list, tap Delete next to Ten Sultans: Ottoman Chronicle. To remove the whole gaming profile from your account, use Delete Play Games account & data on the same screen.

The same thing can be done from myaccount.google.com.

Retention

The save on your device stays there until you remove it. The save in the cloud stays in your Google account until you delete it, after which Google's own retention periods apply. Support correspondence is deleted within 90 days of the request being resolved.
